A certain branch of Rosicrucianism holds that Jesus was the reincarnation of Zarathushtra. While I know that reincarnation is not normally accepted in mainstream Zoroastrianism, it is still interesting that an esoteric order within the Western Mystery Tradition proclaims this. I don't necessarily literally believe (or disbelieve) that myself, but the idea might be useful on a symbolic level. (JD) |
