The Magus is back. He says that God Good is the only real reality. Our everyday life of good and bad is a game we play, but we can choose not to play the game and just connect to Asha and the good God to escape our fears and suffering. This we can do through Jesus. Religions that teach that God can get angry and punish and destroy prevent us from connecting to pure good. Divine Providence This Cathar teacher seems to say that we cannot flourish solely through our own actions (our karma) as we will inevitably make mistakes, but that we need to rely on the 'divine providence' or intervention of God. Other christians talk about the 'grace of God' - the undeserved actions of God to help us. |
