He taught that Good and Evil are the important things that we need to pay attention to and gave us clues as to how these concepts relate to practical living. He also is an example of somebody who thought deeply about life and turned his conclusions into a religious system. So this is why Zorochristians regard him as both a Saint and a Magus.
However there is scope to argue whether he was 100 right. This is why we also revere two other sages - Plato and Aristotle - to give us a richer understanding of the issues.
Also gnostic-minded Zorochristians will see him mainly as a role-model to inspire people to think for themselves and won't be fixated on his teachings so much.
