Menu What is a Zoroastrian Christian? 4021.02

Q) Can some please tell me what a Zoroastrian Christian is and how it differs from other branches of Christianity? 🙏

MZ) We regard Zoroaster as the first teacher of good and evil and so the founder of Christianity. Thus we see Christianity as in origin a Persian religion - though one with a strong Greek influence - rather than a Jewish one. We don't consider the Bible as important except to teach us about Jesus. Also we are more interested in the living Jesus rather than the fact that he died on a cross. We think that Mithras was the original name of the Archangel Michael and so we use that name.
