There is no solution

As history proves: it merely brings
The same types to the top again.
Full-circle has the consequence
Of wheeling back the same old things.
What's wanted, surely, is devolution,
Dissolution,
Each to each, as citizens.
An end to all those sad, those futile,
kings.
