Baptismal Prayer to Lord Mithras

A Prayer of Self Baptism to Lord Mithras, the Lord of Light.

This is best to do at dawn.

"O Lord Mithras,
O Divine Lord of Light,
You who are the Father of our Fathers
As the night flows into the day
let me start my life anew.
As the shore is washed away by the tide
let me be cleansed through these waters
as my faith in You cleanses my soul.
As the seed becomes the flower
bringing beauty and nourishment into the world,
let my deeds shine with Your greatness.
And as I rise from the water
cleansed of the past,
I am now born again in You
as a Servant of The Divine.
